A desktop analytics environment that guides an analyst through twenty-eight statistical techniques, from assumption checks through to interpretation. Everything runs locally, so no data leaves the machine.

CurricFlowCurriculum inventory and workflow for community colleges.

A curriculum management system for tracking courses and programs through proposal, review, and approval. It keeps curriculum data accurate, auditable, and ready for accreditation review.

CyberScopeCybersecurity program intelligence for colleges.

An analysis platform that assembles workforce, completions, and institutional data into cohort benchmarks for cybersecurity programs. Written briefings are generated on the analyst's own machine and grounded in the underlying data rather than model recall.

A local-first generator that produces configurable synthetic datasets, from fifty rows to one million, for teaching, testing, and analytics demonstrations. Seeded output is byte-reproducible, so any dataset can be regenerated exactly.

A free iPhone simulation in which every choice shapes a business you run, across six business types and 278 authored scenarios. It is an approachable, public take on the craft of making good decisions.

GrantStudioStructured development for large grant proposals.

A drafting environment that keeps narrative, budget, and required forms reconciled against the solicitation as a proposal evolves. It was built for and used on a multi-million-dollar federal grant proposal.

MindStoneA local-first operations workspace.

A private workspace for organizing tickets, routines, and approvals across ongoing work. It can dispatch tasks to an AI agent and return the results for human review before anything is committed.

RAG WorkbenchRetrieval systems, built and evaluated locally.

A desktop workbench for turning a document collection into a retrieval system and testing how well it answers real questions. The index, models, and documents remain entirely on local infrastructure.

ScopeMatchScope-of-work and job-description alignment.

An analysis tool that compares a scope of work against a library of job descriptions to show where responsibilities already sit and which roles overlap. When no existing role owns the work, it reports that rather than forcing a match.

SLOCloudStudent learning outcomes assessment for higher education.

A FERPA-compliant platform for defining, mapping, and assessing learning outcomes across institution, program, and course levels. It launches directly inside the learning management system through LTI, so faculty assess where they already work.

SummitFlow ProConference scheduling and agenda optimization.

A native macOS application that imports session data and assigns sessions to rooms and time slots against the constraints a planner defines. Planners retain full control, reviewing and editing every assignment before an agenda is published.

TroveCertificate attainment analysis.

An offline desktop application that evaluates de-identified student course records against certificate program requirements and reports which programs each student has satisfied. Every determination is deterministic and auditable, carrying course-level evidence back to the source record.
